Louise joined Total Physiocare early in 2016. She comes from Co Cork in Ireland. She graduated in 2007 from Keele University in the UK with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physiotherapy.
She completed her Junior rotations in University Hospital of Leicester in the UK for three years gaining experience in a variety of areas including Orthopaedic surgeries, Paediatrics, respiratory and cardiac conditions along with musculoskeletal injuries.
Since 2011 till now, Louise has enjoyed travelling whilst working as a physiotherapist in private practices in Queenstown, New Zealand and here in Melbourne further skilling herself in work related injuries and sports injuries.
Over the years since graduating, Louise, an avid sports enthusiast has been involved in many sporting teams including Gaelic Football and Hurling (Irish Sports which she has played since a young age), Rugby union and league, golf, tennis and skiers.
She is looking forward to the mix of private hospital work of orthopaedic surgeries and progressing the rehabilitation within the outpatient clinic. She has a passionate interest in post-concussion syndrome and Headaches and sport related injuries incorporating functional based rehabilitation exercises, manual therapy, dry needling and taping in her treatment.
