Hi, I'm Clair Smith and I am the reception gremlin at our Reservoir clinic. I've worked here for about 5 years, and I love getting to know our clients on their journey to wellness.

I am a mum of a 17-year-old daughter, I work full time, and I am also currently undertaking a double diploma in Management and HR - which doesn't leave a lot of time for getting myself into trouble. I have a background in IT, digital media, photography and I also have formal qualifications in Customer Service, Digital Media, and Training and Assessment.

I am generally up for a chat while you are waiting - in fact if the topic is your pets, I would prefer you to come in early, so we have longer to discuss all the idiosyncrasies that makes your pet your personal best friend.
