An Exercise Physiologist run group class where participants work on improving individual strength and balance goals, while in a supportive group setting. Exercises are tailored to each patient’s individual goals and deficits.

Eldercise
A Physiotherapist run group class aimed at improving patient health and well-being, and improving independence in daily activities. Exercises are tailored to individual goals, to target key areas in strength, balance and endurance, taking into account any current, previous or preventable medical conditions. Available at our Reservoir clinic.

Dynamic Diabetes
An Exercise Physiologist run supportive group class to people with Type 2 Diabetes, working towards similar goals. This Medicare subsidised program focuses on progressive exercise over 8-weeks and education surrounding the role of exercise in blood glucose regulation.

Power Hour
Power Hour is an Exercise Physiologist supervised group session in our state of the art gym located in our Heidelberg clinic. This session provides supervision and assistance with set-up, technique correction and safe completion of exercises. The session focuses on safe guided exercise for patients independent with their program.

GLA:D PROGRAM
The GLA:D® program (Good Life with Arthritis: Denmark) is an education and exercise program developed by researchers in Denmark for people with hip or knee osteoarthritis symptoms. The program includes supervised exercise in a group setting, and education sessions to improve patient knowledge and quality of life.
