Hi there! I’m Jess and I am your Monday to Thursday receptionist at our Kew branch. I’m new here but I am looking forward to getting to know all the faces that come through our doors.

I’m a certified tough cookie who enjoys playing roller derby, watercolour painting and kicking the footy at the park with friends.

I have worked in hospitality for the past 10 years in many venues around Melbourne and Brisbane. Don’t ask me to make a coffee though, I have already exceeded my life quota for coffees made!

Customer service is my strongest quality, and I enjoy having a chat with our regulars.
