She began working with Total Physiocare in 2004, working closely with the surgeons at Warringal Private Hospital. Over that period, she has gained extensive experience in managing all manner of musculoskeletal conditions. Lainie sees most of her orthopaedic patients at Total Physiocare Reservoir. Lainie also has experience with football clubs at the various levels, where she gained knowledge and experience in assessing and managing acute sporting injuries.
Lainie completed her clinical pilates training and has been taking one on one and group classes based on clinical pilates for over 10 years. She currently takes classes at our Heidelberg office.
In the last few years, Lainie has developed an interest in oncology and cancer related physiotherapy. She has a particular interest in the area of lymphoedema (swelling related to damage of the lymphatic system).
